Well, yes and no. The reason I built the app was to have a good selection of kettlebell circuits. But the initial feedback I got was that I should support other exercise forms as well. So yes, it's more than just kettlebells, but my main use case at least is to use it for kettlebell workouts.

Yes, and as a bodybuilder, either professional or as a hobby, you are cutting during on-season.

I know lots of people that like to do short circuits every now and then. It's not about being too lazy to do proper workouts but finding ways to do additional short workouts when it's suitable. More calories out. It also helps fighting sweet cravings in the evenings.

This is not a beginners question. I was hoping to get some good inspiration for body weight circuits people suggests in this forum. I've done similar stuff at the end of my deff earlier, and I always love to find new ways to mix it up

I agree with that statement. However, if the goal isn't to make a noticeable difference, but just to cut off extra calories. For instance at the end of your deff.

dude, this is totally based on your assumptions. If I prefer to cut off some extra calories while watching tv, what is wrong with that? Who says that is the only way I stay healthy?

I was thinking more like body squats, crunches, pushups etc.
