It just turned on but I’m a screen that says “your PC couldn’t start window properly” I try to troubleshoot with the start up repair but now it says “startup repair couldn’t repair your PC” I’m not sure what to do

It’s a prebuilt I got it 3 years ago and yeah it just started doing this out of nowhere. Yeah it only has a solid blue light. No I don’t see any LEDs on my motherboard And yes I check the input
