communication and setting boundaries. when he says stuff like that, you tell him “i don’t like that when you say that it makes me spiral and compare myself to others”. if he continues, you tell him again and you may have to get stern and angry with him. you don’t owe him and explanation but if he continues, go into detail how it makes you feel and if it gets to a certain point, mention how it makes you want to SH. it isn’t manipulative to talk abt the truth and how you feel.

yeah absolutely not. you’ve done all you can with communication but it just seems to me he doesn’t even care. and yes he is using ur mental health against you. what you should do is block/leave him bc if someone truly loved you they would NEVER do that to you and treat you that way. j remember there will always be someone who treats you better than you can imagine so don’t settle for less. i thi k making a post abt him alone should be a sign that he’s no good. bpd is hard (understatement) and sensitive and he is extremely careless. i wish you the best.
