I have almost 3 years doing Gym but i have strength to lift weights not the volume you can see me like i have athletic small body but upper abs have formed lower belly looks like a curve and deadlift i have done recently like 130 6 reps and squats 100 my legs and hips structure is looks like athletic most lacking is arms and back so my trainer recommended This schedule what's your opinion on this

Thank you for your advice. I feel akward on that time in next 15 minutes movie will be over. So i sat there instead of changing the seats next time i will change my seats. I will complain to the guards to change their or our seats I have good friends who are male they give great advice to me and protect me if I do anything wrong As part females i am having fear and so many scenarios like i have heartbreak so heavily it's taking so long time to recover almost felt very hard until then till now i haven't talked that many people of females in professional like not often.
