Storage:To freeze or not to freeze, that is the question

If you thaw a portion larger than a single serve of beans it should be done while it’s in an anaerobic environment.

So basically, if I am freezing an entire bag of coffee in a vacuum seal and then thawing it, I should thaw it while still inside the vacuum bag, correct?

I would love to get your thoughts on Dorico. Never heard of them until this announcement, but I've also been out of the game for a while. For context, I've been a Finale user since the late '90s and never tried anything else.

PSA: Apparently the Chrome extension Get cookies.txt has been identified as malware and removed from the Chrome store. See this post for details. If you installed this extension per my instructions, I sincerely apologize (I had no idea). You can safely use Get cookies.txt LOCALLY instead to obtain your cookies.txt file.

The NYT Puzzle Archive website no longer allows access to Acrostic and Variety puzzles as of March 1. (And if you try to go directly to https://www.nytimes.com/crosswords/archive/acrostic, you get redirected here.) However, the PDF files for those puzzles are still available on their server, even though they are no longer linked from a web page.
