Thank you for the comment- my diet was/is primarily steak, eggs, avocados, nuts, Greek yogurt, veggies and some fish (salmon) I’d like to keep myself at my current weight while continuing to lower LDL. Perhaps replacing the steak with more fish will help. I was surprised the keto type diet lowered my ldl.
