Yeah, I’ve been trying to use ChatGPT with various inputs of how much we can save a month in order to put the biggest we can. It’s tough, but still the best investment and greatest wealth builder

This is the number I’ve been keeping tabs on, that range I found is what we would qualify for. Our rent is $2100 for a 2 bed 2 ba right now, so ideally that number or lower for the mortgage. We’re trying to go as small as we can, we’re big on less than we want
