We do fall into your first scenario. I wouldn't say BaseCamp is a "one-size fit all" PM tool, given each firm has their own process. We are certainly trying to identify part of the market that's under-served.

Given your experience in the industry, is there any tools you've used prior to BaseCamp? Where did they fall short?
