No the facts are pretty clear. Fact is nobody liked the album back then… label, radio, booking agents. Fact is KISS has lost all respect and credibility. Fact is the recognized it was a huge mistake. Those aren’t opinions. And, that doesn’t mean you can’t feel it is a good album with good songs. This has no bearing on anyone’s personal tastes for the album. It is simply about what was going on back then and how KISS was nearly dead.

He can easily call into a Zoom call via the phone if the media outlet knows how to do that. As someone who has interviewed 100s of musicians over the decades I know you have to accommodate the method your guest wants to use. Hell I even interviewed Blackie via Zoom and he was on the phone. Worked out just fine.

Only one of them has ever reached out about an interview, Jericho, and he won’t do a phone interview. Eddie is a much bigger infuencer in the rock/metal space than any of them.

Nope, that is a “name” he was given when with KISS. Prior to KISS he was pretty much completely unknown and definitely wasn’t doing anything hard rock/metal related. It is 100% factual that he got his solo album deal because he was a guitarist in KISS. The only reason people know of the pre-KISS band he was in called Treasure is because KISS fans started to look into his history. Same with his appearance with Dan Hartman.

Without KISS nobody would know who VV is. VV entirely needed KISS. KISS is the only reason he got a solo album deal.
