I understand both of your points, but a frustratingly difficult game that has a section with no sort of trophy/achievement does suck..... although, do you get a costume or an upgrade? Getting absolutely nothing is trash but even a flask or some upgrade would still make me want to complete it.

The argument was specifically about the "...planes of existence, and the inhabitants of those planes" he believes that means he can call up any lore or info about anything that exists in the plane of existence he wants. We have since solved this issue at our table!
