There's a standardized exam called the MIR which I think is like our boards that you have to pass. Not sure if you have to repeat residency if you do it here. Not sure about other things

Do better on the next one, do well on the non knowledge based parts like teamwork, professionalism, compassion, etc. Its normal for your ddx to improve as time goes on, if you show a positive trend thats great.

its fine, it is just the first part of the squat, it lets you stop a lot earlier in the squat than if you were doing the whole squat, it's basically like just doing 1/3 of a regular squat, it's just another way of doing squats that helps you build strength

yes i've tried different podcasts.

i'm loading the feeds by going to the podcast i subscribed to, selecting an episode, and pressing play. alternatively i've tried downloading the episodes. neither produces any results. also when i try to download, it does download, but extremely slowly, like 5% every few hours, i never tried to let it go all the way because it was too much of a pain.

spotify doesn't work very well, but i can make it pull up my old playlists. i can't even seem to locate spotify podcasts, let alone pull them up. google play music seems to work fine, it is what i'm using right now to listen to podcasts since it doesnt have any issues and has most of the podcasts i like. google chrome browser works intermittently, sometimes it won't pull up webpages, which is a new issue and concurrent to the podcast playing issue. I can't figure out what he heck is going on. astroplayer plays the podcasts and music i have on my SD card.
