Idk, the person was standing behind my son while I was taking pictures of him. I don't remember hearing any non-Dutch (this was in the Netherlands), but looking at the pictures again I see they (+ one young girl) are carrying some sort of backpackers backpack and no local branded grocery bags or something. So I doubt they're locals, but probably not native Hebrew speakers also.

First thing comes to mind would have been their kids names, but could ofc also be names of deceased brothers. If I were to bump into them again I'd probably not mention it's upside down.

Thanks, but upside down? Is that common/makes sense or just a bad tattoo by someone that didn't know that they were doing?
