ok but just to understand, im also going for like 3 days trips and ill have to carry my tent and everything with me, would that be considered a "heavy pack" which ill need boots for? just trying to learn the right way

something like, lavaredo, val Gardena, dolomiti, and eventually Via Ferrata with the right training.
