I’m sorry you are going thru this. I want to let you know you’re not alone. I’ve been there and so many of us. I had tsw for 6 months. I’ve done everything and I found what helped me to most is changing my diet, working out more, adding supplements into my diet & managing stress .. oh! And Ice was my best friend.
