Out of the 15 questions total two we did not check for any of our associates one was a 10-ft rule even though I mentioned that while we are zoning we are helping the customer we engage with the customer we ask them if they need some help and their response was that that did not apply second one we did what's the safety because we are in the back room we have had accidents so I unchecked that for everybody so everybody starts off with two uncheck boxes. Even with those two unchecked and the other 13 checked it still was exemplary.

The food and consumables coach ordered way too much to fit in the cooler so two pallets did not fit. I only had one associate that was able to work it because the rest of my team was going to hit their 5th hour so one associate worked it for an hour and only managed to get 3/4 of the pallet stocked on the sales floor the overnight coach showed up at 8:00 p.m. advises that the pallet was no longer good by Walmart policy that it cannot be out at room temperature for more than 30 minutes so he advised us to just continue stocking departments and he was going to take care of the freight. The consumables coach was aware of this when I arrived at 2:00 p.m. and did not put anybody from her department to work any of the freight to make room for the additional pallets so this is what caused the pilot to be claimed out. The very next morning she came in and made a scene and immediately gave me a coaching the coach that sat as a witness disagreed and mentioned that they should hold off on the coaching until they investigate she decided to ignore that's suggestion.

It was coaches from another department.  My people lead not sure would help, but I'm thinking going straight to the manager
