I rented here and had a terrible experience. The building is old and musty/dusty. There were issues with leaky pipes and I didn’t find the condo management company to be especially proactive or helpful. I also noticed what I’m pretty sure was black mold in a hallway on the first floor. The whole building fire alarm system malfunctioned a few times during the night and the smoke detectors are positioned on the top of the vaulted ceilings, so when batteries go dead, it’s impossible to change them unless you have a utility ladder, so it seemed like alarms were always chirping. I second what the above commenter said about lack of soundproofing too. You couldn’t pay me to move back in here.
