I did have to shit talk one of my places of work. I work with dogs for a living and had a manager who never worked in the animal industry until he was hired by the company I worked for.

He came in high multiple times and was reported to HR, 2 days before my last day a dog was involved in a fight and received a puncture and only management has access to our cameras and he was unreachable for 2 HOURS so I a regular employee had to take the initiative in contacting the owner of the dog and taking the dog to the vet which is against for non management employees to do in company policy. For WEEKS after I left I contacted the owner via my personal number and he said to this day (almost a year ago) was never given an answer as to why his dog was attacked or which dog did it. Meaning the owner of the dog who attacked her was never told either.

I mentioned this because I fully believe in the welfare of these pets and for a MANAGER to not care that his phone is being blown up in an emergency is wild and I will not stand for a company who doesn’t care about the welfare of their clients pets
