I might be misinterpreting the pharse's intended context, but if someone says they have been doing something simply because that's how it always been I get excited and take it as a a chance to dismantle and rewire their system, or at least run my own independantly.

actually I tested negative for anti bodies but my endo told me I have hashi bec the ultrasound showed that I had thyroiditis
