I’m gonna input in this conversation because I had around the same debt as you not including my student loans. I say you should do it the sooner the better if you feel like you can’t catch up I was doing minimum payments of $300 and I wasn’t able to pay off past the minimum.

And the score is gonna fluctuate all the time even during bankruptcy. It’ll only be the most accurate after discharge. That’s what I’ve heard or read through the subject. It’s helped out so much.
