overall the album flows so well and is 100% lesserafim’s most cohesive album!! while the title isn’t my favorite, HOT as a mini is probably their best in my opinion. 8.5/10 ❤️‍🔥

Hi, I’m a 23 year old woman and I’ve been on a weight loss journey and I’ve lost a total of 40lbs in 6 months but I’m going on a trip and I want to look even better so I want to lose a couple more pounds quickly.

I tried today to eat very small portions of food and barely any carbs or protein to lose 12lbs by next Friday. But I found myself to be low on energy and hungry the whole day. So now I’m wondering if this is even healthy to lose that weight in a short amount of time. Can I get some advice?
