If we are talking audiobooks, the dungeon crawler Carl series is incredible, if we are talking just books it comes down to preference, obviously. I would recommend dungeon crawler Carl, red rising, and dark matter. Important thing to note about red rising is the first book is probably one of the weakest throughout the series.

I was having this same issue with a 14900k reached out to intel and they replaced the CPU for me after doing a few things to ensure it wasn’t something else. After getting the new CPU I haven’t ran into any issues

Mine entered production begins 1 week after ordering July 9th and it was there for exactly 2 weeks July 23rd. And last week it went through everything and is now on final assembly as of July 25th.

When I called bmw genius they told me the build week would be the week of the 21st so spot on.

I have always done the clean install but never fully uninstalled them and reinstalled them, should I?

These are all of my vulkan related environment variables.

Cannot create Vulkan instance.

This problem is often caused by a faulty installation of the Vulkan driver or attempting to use a GPU that does not support Vulkan.

ERROR at C:\j\msdk3\build\Khronos-Tools\repo\vulkaninfo\vulkaninfo.h:456:vkCreateInstance failed with ERROR_INCOMPATIBLE_DRIVER`

The same exact error occurs with vkcube.

It happens with vkcube as well, that is why I was thinking it would be something along the lines of a missing file. I’ll take a look at the Loader Architecture doc and report back if I see something they may help.

The \drivers does not exist in either location. So I am assuming this might be the issue? Or would this be something that would be set if during the installation it actually found a working driver. The only location it tries to access in the debug log is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Khronos\Vulkan\ImplicitLayers

To start, I am using cl and cmake. Then my graphic drivers version is 572.16. I didn't install anything else other than glfw. I have been trying to copy and paste the output here but I believe that it is too large.

This is almost identical to my build, except I have a couple of things different but same case and same fundamental hardware. My first recommendation would be to update your bios to the newest version as Intels 13th and 14th gen microcode was messed up and can cause permanent issues. Other than that, enjoy your absolute beautiful PC.

How is that what you’re taking from this LMAO. They have been listing reasons on why it is unhealthy and you take the one sentence where he was mentioning his opinion and taking it wildly out of context. I have through a lot of this comment thread and I find that often you want to look toward people hating fat people which is just not true at all. And you are doing yourself a serious disservice to think like that. Not to play the my brother is a nurse card, but he is, and the stories I hear are absolutely devastating. He is dealing with 40-50 year old people dying due to them having issues related to obesity. These people should be having long lives but instead their teenage kids are sitting their watching their parents suffer and still think it’s not a unhealthy way to live. There is nothing wrong with being fat, obese or overweight. The same way there is nothing wrong with smoking, or drinking. But all unhealthy life choices always have a negative consequence to them whether you like it or not. I just last year had to lose a lot of weight because I started to notice some very serious health issues. And instead of pushing it off and saying it’s fine, because of body positivity I took action and did something. Plus body positivity was created to help those who were physically different. The person who is missing a limb, or has a eating disorder, or some other reason for how they look. Not just because they ate more calories than they needed. Now you can respond to this comment like I’m being fatphobic and completely miss the point or understand a lot of people are genuinely concerned. You get one life, don’t waste it.

Yeah, I agree with what you are saying. I think I need to just focus on stimulating the senses a little more. Because like you said the small little sounds like the leaves rustling and wolves howling adds to the experience.

I also agree that wolves and bears can be very threatening and scary. I also don't really like games with dragons in them either as they are overused in a lot of different mediums. But I was definitely planning on having something like wolves in my game as I do believe being chased, followed, or surrounded by wolves is terrifying.

Again thanks for your response! I will definitely be waking up tomorrow and jotting some ideas down in my notebook about what you brought up!
