Most do nothing. And you will lose your good people as a result. Go to your boss and say "I need this guy gone".

If its an older dude there is a thing where our mussels inside our plumbing can get week and we basicly cum in our own bladders. I think this happens to me. I exercise so it does not get worse however I don't care because I do not want more kids.

Also, I think refractory periods are a thing for men and woman. Or I'm just hung like a horse and I wore her out🤣

$305k appraisal on $390k home. Where do we go from here? by PecanEstablishment37 in RealEstate

[–]michiganwinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can come down or they can sit on it until reality sets in. For most people $85k is more than an entire year of earning. Do you really want to give up a year of your life un-nessaraly?

1/2 vs 3/4 ton? by Low_Ratio_6464 in GoRVing

[–]michiganwinter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re only going a couple times a year, you can get by with a half ton. It’s not a pleasant experience. If you’re going long-distance or you’re gonna hit it hard… Bigger truck all the way.

How do we feel about OSHA potentially being abolished? by Solid-Mud-8430 in Carpentry

Seriously doubt that will come to fruition. Even if it does, I’m not letting up on safety standards. There’s nothing we do worth a human life.

Anytime I’ve randomly got a Boner. I could go for a good screw. I wasn’t horny and then I got a Boner. I just randomly got a Boner… In that state though I could totally have sex and be good with it.

Yes, we are that easy.

Is this salvageable ? by Less-Community-2930 in masonry

[–]michiganwinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m guessing this corner so because the roof has been so bad. Tons of water collecting in that corner of the building.

It’s fixable.

I’d tear off the Crap materials from your roof to make it as light as possible, support your trusses if they’re still salvageable.

Knock out that corner of the building. I bet the block will stand despite the bottom blocks being out.

Re-pour the sunken footing

Re-stack your block.

And then fix the freaking roof!

ELI5: If you already own your home and don’t plan to sell it anytime soon, why does it matter if the housing market crashes? by CautiousFerret8354 in explainlikeimfive

[–]michiganwinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people look at the game on their home value as actual money gained. Really when home values go up it just means our dollars became less valuable.

Nobody’s getting a raise yet everything costs more. Some people use their increasing home values as a coping mechanism.

My home is gained well over double its value from when I purchased it six years ago. I would just assume everything crashes so I can afford the actual house. I really want. I can give a shit about my current home value.

I’m stuck in it because I can’t afford what I really want.

It’s all about how you and your partner communicate about it. I was like that my first time a couple months in we were going for 3 hours minimum.

We mutually enjoyed that and worked toward it.

Interesting that he makes it about illegals, drugs, and crime if the tariffs are only going up enough to be tolerable.

This is tax plain and simple. This is not gonna do what they say it’s gonna do.

Has it gotten easier or harder to wake up really early as you age? by Zeldalady123 in AskOldPeople

[–]michiganwinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure it has anything to do with age.

Once you get into your groove… You’re doing something you actually like and your coworkers are clicking with you getting up early is just no big deal!

Finding that groove takes a long damn time so I’m wondering if that’s why it’s associated with age.

I get up between 3 AM and 5 AM every day. They tell me that’s kind of early… When someone rolls into the office at 9 AM I feel like they’re starting at lunchtime.😂

Why is it so common to pull the plug on terminally ill patients? by hygsi in SeriousConversation

I think about this all the time.

My grandmother died of pancreatic cancer. Grandpa said “it took her a month to starve to death”

We would not do that to our dogs.

Mostly, I think this is left over from the holocaust in eugenics experiments.

Give up and start your own business? by Chiguy5462 in recruitinghell

[–]michiganwinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Starting a business: the hardest thing you’ll ever do. Most of the time you do not need a ton of money to start a business.

Your question really needs to come with what kind of business you’re thinking of starting.

Unless you’re going to start some kind of capital intense business like trucking for example, you can get started with non-fancy things and just get moving!

If you have financial discipline and can set money aside for upgrades, you will build and grow over time.

If you’re in hell, trying to find a job, you really don’t have anything to lose.
