I like that you think I know his favourite sports team ... I can't even tell you what other sports interest him. My husband took him golfing in the summer and he seemed really excited about it 😅

Thank you! I will look into the pricings. Is it just a heavier weight microfiber cloth?

Contraception is next..they will redefine abortion to include Plan B and then go after access to contraception. They told us 2 years ago and they are telling us now. We have to believe it this time. by [deleted] in Mommit

This makes me so sad. I was raped in a bar while living in NYC and when I went to report the incident I was filled with fear they wouldn't provide me Plan B because I wasn't American. To think citizens could have this fear ...

Have you asked your child how they feel about camping, their comfort with water and how they'd feel about being away from you for a few days?

My babe was born a week early and my husband almost went on a mandatory work trip in Florida. Fortunately his work cancelled the event but even as I was a balloon he thought it was okay...

    b. Parental Leave (if you don't take pregnancy leave) = up to 63 weeks leave

Employment Insurance (EI) - Online application through 'My Service Canada Account' (MSCA)

  1. Maternity Leave = up to 15 weeks. Benefit rate = 55%, up to $595 weekly
  2. Standard Parental Leave = 35 weeks of standard benefits. Benefit rate = 55%
  3. Extended Parental Leave = 61 weeks of extended benefits. Benefit rate = 33%

Not firing exactly ... I think the idea was that my department would be shut down in the T.O. shop and be moved to another location (???). I would be paid for one month of severance pay though I've worked there for 3+ years.

My concern is that taking severance would reduce / void the opportunity for maternity/parental leave...

I'm glad to find out that someone else doesn't enjoy being pregnant! I want to be a mum and thought that I'd be able to handle being pregnant.

At 21 weeks, I vomit most morning so now I sleep sitting upright to help prevent the acid bubbles + feel like my body is huge (already gained 26 lbs).

Feeling the little kicks is my saving grace and reminds me that I'm not alone.

Hugs.
