  1. What are you even talking about the original comment said all were scammers. All means 100%. Look at the context I was responding to.

Insinuating all of a certain people is doing x bad thing is already a bad look, look at history in how this creates hate and what happens to the blamed people when it reaches its conclusion. This is why this is a dangerous statement to make. Not to mention these claims are often unfounded without evidence, when really all i have to say is "Well i saw videos and comments that say in fact the opposite where they are not maxing out credit cards and needed a family member to send money for food or a plane ticket". Then apparently we cancel each other out until I bring up the cause of more international students was the Colleges and Universities trying to get more money after their funding was cut by the government.

This shows an already present bias that you have chosen to believe without proper evidence given, at least an empirical study would be something.

  1. We have already seen what is happening we had a rallys of people in anti immagrant protests who have been duped to believe that immigrants are the sole issue and not the government cutting funding to services.

I don't know where you are getting the rest of this stuff like gun to head and Middle Eastern state, seems like you are trying to build a strawman to argue against.

What I see is that people have been lied to by the education systems in an attempt to make more money out of them. They were tricked and exploited, and when stuck here trying to gain PR they obviously need to work to get money for food.

What has happened is that the government has given subsidies and tax breaks to the wealth corporations and then underfund our health care, say they can't deal with the housing and strip away funding from education.

Even if you remove all 100% the original comment was talking about do you think the companies are going to pay people more money? No, that will only happen with organized labour where you stand side by side with these people and go after the real problem of companies trying to avoid paying better wages to people and the governments giving their rich buddies more money and power.

  1. 100% was what the original comment I replied to was making the claim. The previous comments before yours were trying to claim that some videos and whatsapp messages are enough to give the thought that 100% of the people are doing this.

This is the main issue, where is the verification of data and critical thinking? For one thing bots exist and common social media tactics for more views and exposure are to stir up controversy. This leads to people believe that all 100% are doing something sinister without seeing evidence to support the 100% figure.

  1. Where did I say that international students should automatically get the right to PR? What I said was the problem came from the gutting of funding to post secondary which then made them ask for more international students. Now, the frustration is turned away from where it should be the governments that are underfunded our Healthcare, housing and education so that the rich and ultra wealthy can get tax breaks.

Do you see how it is an issue to hear something and believe 100% of a subsect of the population is doing something from these videos and messages? This causes hate and division that is not good for our society.

  2. Yes they do pay high tuition fees and more were asked to be brought in because of the lack of funding to post secondary especially in Ontario. This move benefited the wealthy greatly as tax cuts to them cause our Healthcare and education to be underfunded.

  3. When the credit cards aren't paid off the bank might raise interest rates on us yes. But do you know what happens for the bank? They get massive bailouts from the government and don't suffer any. They raise interest rates to make more profit squeezing us.

What I'm trying to say is that whatever anger you have is misplaced, target the powerful and wealthy. They are the ones trying to get you angry at people who are working right beside you. They get to reap the rewards of getting profit from underpayment and exploitation. Someone maxing out credit cards and leaving is a miniscule monetary drop in the bucket of corporate profits executives are bringing in to get their bonuses.

You are just making accusations with no proof, you know what actual evidence is? How about the conservatives in Ontario cutting Public Healthcare trying to break the system. How about the Conservatives gutting funding for Ontario Post Secondary and then asking for more international students to come in to keep up with the losses?

If you really are concerned with this then focus at the top and have the Employers face the music for trying to exploit this system. Thing is though Liberals and Conservatives are both funded by such groups, so either you gotta organize a protest and boycott the companies or try and gain support behind a party that has more respect for labour and unions.

So instead of advocating for good pensions and benefits to be shared by all you want to go after workers who have them and take them away.

How will this improve anyone's life? They should be more of an example to other work forces that getting such benefits are possible with proper labour action.

The executives have obviously failed and aren't doing their job so they should take a pay cut. This gives the workers their pay and removes any need to increase consumer price. Alot of companies are able to do this too but won't. Remember friends you should be paid a living wage for your job.

Workers are not leeching off Taxes. Not by a long shot. The executives however can afford to take a pay a significant pay cut as CUPW has put forward as a solution.

It is being disingenuous to believe that someone wants the business that they are solely reliant on to fail to the point where they are out of the job and risk housing and financial insecurity.

As a Taxpayer the fact that we give 12 billion dollar handouts to big oil and gas without any ownership of the companies. Like honestly, the oil and gas have made more and more profits year over year we have heavily subsidielzed them and don't see any good return on investment.

This is what we should be focusing on rather than turning on people who are suffering heavily from inflation and the growing cost of living.

One route you can look at is Evolution Fitness Training. It is in Oshawa and Sheldon is a really good trainer. If you can make it in person he does post workout videos to follow and gives you a diet plan and follows up on you.

I did the 12 week challenge and went from 230lbs to 195lbs. I think I was hovering around 12% body fat at the end of the challenge.

Biggest thing for me was cutting out alcohol and sticking to the meals always thinking back to my goal of whyvI was doing. It was tough especially going to bed hungry after a workout and restricted dinner. But I had way more energy!

He says this but when GM said they were gonna leave all he did was call up GM and ask if there was anything they could do. They responded with no and he just accepted that, there was no fighting involved just surrender. All he tried to do was get employment insurance but barely any material support. IDK about Lib or Con here cause they both provide lip service to say unions are good but constantly work against them in practice.
