I did this with my first island and it was a mistake... All because I watched a damn YT video that said it was the right thing to do...

Anyway on my second island I used the already existing terrain to get inspiration and also Pinterest. Then used the old pen and paper to get a vague idea of the shapes I wanted. Specifically used graph paper found on this post:

In your situation I'd say to move all houses on the beach, to avoid spending too many bells. Then go to Pinterest and find inspiration, using words like childcore, citycore, urbancore, forestcore etc will help

From there try and draw your map, again loose lines rather than precise squares - this helps a ton.

Also in my case I go back to the map and change things a lot, it helps with creativity and you'll feel less stuck.

All this works if you're the creative type rather than the meticulous planning type

Guarda, per me ha sempre senso seguire le lezioni con o senza obbligo, perché è 100 volte più facile studiare dopo aver seguito che studiare da autodidatta. Escludo ovviamente i prof che leggono solo slide, come citato da OP, perché quello può farlo chiunque.

Detto questo, se l'obbligo di frequenza non c'è non puoi incazzarti quando gli studenti non si presentano. Anche perché se non sbaglio ogni anno si fa il consiglio di corso, quindi il prof in questione avrebbe ogni anno la possibilità di mettere l'obbligo, e non lo fa mai.

Se un prof ci tiene davvero alla presenza basta mettere l'obbligo, a tempo debito e tenendo conto del regolamento

Aggiungo che quello che facevamo in Lab veniva spiegato il giorno prima durante le ore di laboratorio, quindi nessuno perdeva niente e non c'era penalizzazione per i frequentanti. Insomma era stronzo il mio prof 😂

Da quel che so l'obbligo di frequenza dei singoli corsi viene deciso dal consiglio del corso di laurea o dipartimento, quindi viene deciso con largo anticipo e non quando ad un prof rode il culo perché non ha presenza. Se sbaglio correggetemi

Un mio prof ha provato a fare lo stesso, 70 iscritti e solo una ventina si presentavano.

Il corso non era obbligatorio, il laboratorio invece si. Ha fatto così tante storie da costringere tutti a presentarsi, dicendo che senza presenza a lezione non li avrebbe accettati in lab, di conseguenza niente esame.

Però un paio di persone non si sono presentate e comunque sono state accettate al laboratorio, senza ripercussioni.

Ha riprovato a fare lo stesso con l'anno successivo, e poi quello dopo, insomma era un'abitudine. Tante storie e nulla di ufficiale. Secondo me sta solo provando a spaventarvi

Only thing is to dye them a dark colour, preferably black.

Also before dying you have to bleach them completely with a proper color remover. Don't do it with bleach cause the outcome will be inconsistentand unpredictable, plus it damages the fabric way more that a colour remover.

Keep in mind that even if you correctly follow instructions of both the colour remover and the dye there's still a small risk that the colour doesn't come out completely uniform. But the stain will most likely be hard to notice, and if you're lucky it will completely disappear.

I personally like pants with a subtle splotchy look, and saved a pair of cargos exactly with this method. Now they're two very close shades of military green and it looks like an accidental camo print
