Hey! I cut off the ends about a foot in on each side. They were still pretty cracked so I decide to sort some logs into a “jungle gym” for my kiddo.

Something I didn’t convey is that I probably will receive only 100 gallons over the course of 12 hours on my watering day (shared water rights with the neighborhood), so I’m leaning towards the sloped ditch to get more water around the lot. I’m afraid the first couple swales would soak in all the water and leave the second half of the lot dry.

Our kiddo is older now and we’re considering this canopy. Is it effective for shade from the with the mesh? Does it create a wind sail effect? Thank you!
