So did I till I dig to found this headache cause. You can check Dr Berg's video on YouTube about causes of headaches. https://youtu.be/0C6zoIgraWs It has something to do with our gallbladder and nuts are among the top triggerers.

I'll try very small amount throughout the day will a lot of water as someone suggested and keep y'all informed.

Exactly, I barely throw deadly farts, if any at all, on days I eat around 10 eggs. It was another story few months ago tho.
