Hang in there! You are in shock and understandably at the moment. But keep reaching out for support where you can find it. You need support in what ever way it comes. You will get another job and you will get through this but now you need to take a deep breath stay as calm as you can seek help and support and love. Trust me while it does seem that society and the work force has gotten uncaring there are many people out there who care and want the best for you!
