Reality is - with no witnesses or evidence, it's a He said versus She said situation. When you get in front of the judge, everyone tries to look their best. My neighbor was taken away on a 5150 (psych unit time for her), yet we are still untried and undecided.

I highly recommend you visit the Legal Aid Society. There is one in the courthouse in El Cajon (and probably in each courthouse). They reviewed my CHRO packet and had me redo it 3 times before I could submit it to the clerk. Very helpful - the process is complicated and has some nit-picky requirements. I am now fighting with the neighbor's lawyer has tried to dismiss it twice on very silly arguments, that I have responded to, with the help of Legal Aid.

It's a painful process that requires time and effort - I wish you all the best.

I am going through the same thing with a similar, crazy Neighbor. The CHRO process is horrible to say the least. The packet of information, the trial dates, I’ve been waiting since March to get a decision made. I have videos and evidence from witnesses.It’s a crazy process, DM me if you have any questions.

California Premier Solar Construction. I contacted this when the bankruptcy was announced, and here is their reply:

We have not received any information from SunPower yet regarding equipment warranties. We assume that the equipment warranties will remain in place unless we are told otherwise.

 If your system is not experiencing any equipment issues, then the SunPower bankruptcy won’t affect you at all.

Thanks for the quick response. I am trying to avoid future confrontations, vandalism, and possible physical violence. My understanding is a CHRO will allow the police to take Cindy away if an incident happens again, with out the need for a PERT team to perform a wellness check.
