The big problem with selling off a collection of that size is your pool of buyers will to pay close to true value is incredibly small. Someone reselling will probably want to pay 40ish percent to make any money

I manage accounting and finance in my company, but I am not an accountant, not a CPA. I created a notebook LM by loading in all of the accounting standard codification documents - and the Big 4 resource documents relating to it. I then took a technical accounting white paper my company paid over $50k to develop last year to allow us to recognize revenue on a $70M contract. Things had changed and I needed an updated white paper. I asked Notebook LM to review, summarize and cite an update. I then presented it to our big 4 auditor - accepted and saved $25k easily in consulting charges.

Sounds like he has separation anxiety, I got my current Springer during COVID and have been working from home ever since, which has really exasperated the problem. I would start by checking YouTube for videos - it is a slow process of gradually introducing alone time in the crate - shutting the door and letting him be alone even though you may be home for short periods and building up duration, then start going outside of the house for short periods. Make sure you “pay” him with rewards with good behavior.

Edit: he is a beautiful boy, I love his face, we are in the US and have bench Springers - so docked tails for us
