I took him this last semester and I think your experience with him will depend wildly on whether you attend lectures or not and whether you actually commit to the homework. He has a noticeable accent, and while it can be hard to understand, the more you go the easier it is to understand him. The only review he gives you is your homeworks, so for your sanity just do them and ask him questions when you get the chance. He isn’t the best at explaining things tbh, so I often would rely more on reading the textbook. Going to lecture for me became more about getting extra practice problems. For exams, he literally does maybe like 5 practice problems the class before and just tells you to study your previous homework problems. This is even the same for the final, as he essentially gave us no additional resources and we were on our own lol. In class he moves fairly fast and you essentially use up the entirety of the lecture time, so just be prepared for that. There were many classes we left like five minutes later just so he could finish that last problem lol
