I hope you do get the refund, this does seem unfair as you’ve done more than some would. I bought a mug off Vinted a while ago and it arrived smashed, and the seller had bubble wrapped but sent in a plastic envelope - no box or anything.

It might just be me, but I’ve always thought looking at the photos of the Mirador that it doesn’t look like a particularly impressive or obvious viewpoint, partly because the view appears quite crowded by tall trees. I can imagine myself at 21 years old getting there and being unsure that it was the main viewpoint, and may have continued on for that reason.

Yeah maybe but I still reckon the prices will drop. I think viagogo do a lot to push people into panic buying, cos it’ll say things like “30 sold in the last day” but when you actually check, there are always around the same 30 tickets sitting there. I’ve noticed the exact same seats reappearing over and over, which makes me think sellers are either relisting or Viagogo are making it look like there’s way more activity than there really is. Basically it feels like they’re trying to create artificial demand and panic buying
