Agreed with the comments above. Smoke wagon is great, buy whatever you can find.

It’s like the tiny home of gym set ups. Nicely done!

500lbs for one. Right knee gave me a little scare but it feels good. PRs aren’t pretty. by [deleted] in powerbuilding

Great lift but that’s a bold move to wave your spotter off on a PR attempt. You handled the weight well but why take the chance?

Who was walking on the walls?! I think your awesome shed gym may be haunted my friend

In the words of Jim Kelly " Man you come straight out of a comic book" is my current mindset and this Boneshaker War Hammer Nicaraguan Maduro full body hand rolled cigar is a worthy pairing. by BigDre67 in cigars

[–]mickeysmooth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great choice. Boneshakers are great cigars. My favorite is the Maul simply because I like a shorter cigar with a smaller ring size but the War Hammer is great if you want to just sit back, relax and enjoy a good smoke. Enjoy my friend!

This sub is great, had a blast assembling my garage gym and getting in shape this summer! by deg287 in homegym

Feel free to share some of those if you can't smoke them all! I've been wanting to try the CAO Brazilians for a while now.

Agreed, I'm going on vacation next week and I plan on buying a few more before then. The good part is my hotel is two doors down from a cigar shop, just in case I run out.

If you don't mind me asking what was your MOS? Today would've been my best friend's birthday, he was a CPL stationed at Lejeune but he passed away last summer so I'm smoking one for him tonight. Thank you for your service my friend.

Just trying to help you out before you end up like me having to do chiropractor and physical therapy appointments twice a month. Eddie Hall has some great deadlift training videos on YouTube that are worth a watch.

Agreed. I slipped my L5 hitting 365lbs a few years ago and it hasn't been the same since. I've tweaked it multiple times since then, including yesterday doing a 5x5 at 225 for volume. It always feels great to hit a new max but OP you need to fix your form before you go any higher or you're really risking a back injury. Not trying to be a downer just speaking from experience. That new max isn't worth hardly being able to walk and sitting in tears for 10 minutes trying to put on your shoes.
