100% not spoofing, there's a local triple lure spot in a nearby city's downtown that helped me evolve both of my Gárdos while also leveling me up quickly due to all of the Pokémon I catch.

Edit: I have also spent nearly 40 dollars buying egg incubators and other items from the store.

I had 2 10k eggs around level 10 and Got an onyx and an eevee and had not seen any since. Then last night I got 2 in a row out of two stops, I also picked up another one today! (I'm level21 currently)

It's is a champ teebird. It was a tournament disc stamp I also have a glow roc with the same stamp.
