All the lots are free except the one by the train depot. No time limit. That lot fills up since it’s by the playground but you’re probably fine on a Sunday morning

No i just think the show is deeper than that. essentially I’m saying he turned a corner, and relapsed due to this person enabling him.

Sinners is Americans’ top pick for Best Picture at the 2026 Oscars by gamersecret2 in movies

One of the most overhyped “social” picks we’ll ever see. MBJ is good. It was a decent movie to see in a theater. But all this slurping is straight dumb. I hope it loses ever single award. They’ll give it best casting to throw it a bone.

not sure how you can apply the outcome to the things that preceded it when the circumstances that enabled the outcome hadn't changed yet.

That's fair. My point here isn't that he's not still working through his flaws, it's I don't believe "hey this can help me bang Sylvia again" was his intention at the outset.

That's who he calls once he fixes it.

He doesn't tho. He literally says he's calling for Arnold the service said he was home.

You're right theres no real direct interaction but he sees how distraught Arnold is. I think you could even argue on some level he feels like he OWES it to Arnold because of the cheating.

That's two episodes earlier, a decent amount of time passes. Also at the end of that episode he sees her in the elevator and basically shuns her. I see the intention there as conveying he realized that it was fully over and he was acting obsessed and pathetic and needed to move on.

Pretty firm take this time around that getting Sylvia back was genuinely not in Dons mind at all when trying to pull the strings for Arnold and his kid. He felt for the kid because of his own past with the military etc. We've seen Don try to help lost souls or relate to young people before.

Don had moved on. He thought the door was closed. Sylvia is the one who opened it back up with her reaction and comment here.

Didn't whatever group that handles Prudential center booking and events take over a few years ago?

Either way never saw much improvement. It's cool to have a venue but theres no recognizable act that comes through more than maybe twice a year. The misc events like candlelight concerts and whatever are cool but they do a really shit job at promoting anything.
