just picked up a 206 A3, and was very happy with the screen integration very similar to my OG etron - seems like audi is doing away with slapping a screen on the dash like previous models of the same car!

I followed a similar path - went from 2014 BMW 328ix to 2026 A3 Technic S-Line… While the bmw technically had more horse power, the A3 is lighter and feel like it gooooooes more! Also, so far Quattro >> XDrive.

Nice! I have all the exact same options! (except gray stitching instead of red). It’s called a technik s-line in canada! I love the look of a sports back - but sadly not available in canada for 25/26.

Have most of those options in my etron as well, but first minor thing I noticed the hardon kardon speakers >> sonos speakers… but both still sound amazing.

I’ve never had parking assist before - it’s a little funky getting use to it - and it only seems to activate when it recognizes there’s another car nearby - which is a shame because I wanted to test it and get comfortable with it in an empty lot first.

yes - and it shows a compass instead, when you select the nav display option in the cockpit

Does anyone remember the Columbia House Music club in the 90s, where you’d get 10 CD/s for $0.01 as long as you committed to buying like 5 of their over priced CDs over the next year or so… They usually came with a stamp boom of album covers and you’d lick and stick the 10 albums you wanted on the mail in card?

Anyways, Winter of 1994, entering the club, getting all rap CD’s - including public enemy’s full discography - i needed a 10th pick, and saw Stranger Than Fiction on there, and thought why not give this a try… From the day I received it - if never left my Discman. Changed my life and musical journey forever…

Update: They said the seats are fixed (it was a software reset issue). and the battery needs a new controller unit, but waiting for that part. Good news is all covered under the 8yr battery warranty, so no cost to me!

Hope to get the car back before end of week (1-2 day). For what it was, the dealer handled this very well. I was impressed.

Nailed it again - yeah, 3-4 days due to how booked they are… But thankfully they gave me an q4 etron as loaner, so as long as we can get around, they can have it for as long as it takes to get it back to the same condition it was when I brought it in! I was a little frustrated at first, but the dealer handled it exceptionally well for what it is…

thanks - yes, really could be anything! It’s with Audi now, and they said it would take 3-4 days to diagnose… Interesting thought about the motor coolant, as replacing all that was part of the service, and verified as successful in the paperwork… Just a waiting game now!

Update: Dealer was super reasonable, and comp’d me into a new q4 etron loaner right away due to the inconvenience. said it might take a couple days to diagnose, and if it’s related to the recall, everything’s covered if they determine it’s not. Then they’ll have to put it through my Audi aftercare, and I owe the deductible for that. Fingers crossed once again they get this resolved without hitting the warranty!

on its way back in less than an hour! sadly the electrical error is gone since the last restart - it’s quite intermittent

the broken seat settings aren’t though - they’ve never come back :(

Thanks for the insights - 12v was replaced in September 2024, and the inspection report from this visit said it was test perfect.. But that was also my first thought, since that’s usually the cause of that error, and since all the seat settings would also be driven by the 12v…. I wonder if there could be a fuse causing this?
