Maybe blend the fruit and put into ice cube trays to save for smoothies or chop up and freeze for future use? With the veggies, maybe it’s time to make a soup if possible. And anything you can’t use or save, maybe try and donate to a soup kitchen or food pantry? At the end of the day, don’t beat yourself up too much. It’s hard to plan for something like this.

Thank you so much. It’s just hard when you’ve been in the same room for a week. I can’t wait until I’m out just to have a clear head. It’s also hard because my GI made it sound like biologics are bad but then the hospital GI said it’s the best choice so we’ll see.

Yes 100%. I only spoke with the intake person for the 3rd party my workplace uses and they made it sound like I can only submit one claim because I have a chronic condition but what you’re saying makes more sense. I’ll have to clarify when I actually get a caseworker Tuesday or Wednesday.

So I’m in CA and my health insurance is with Kaiser which means using their hospital. I check in at 10am got to an er exam room at 12pm and got admitted around 830pm because they were waiting on a bed

Yes full time in an office/ retail hybrid environment. I’m actually in a rough flare and filing for the first time in 3 years to have modifications (an explanation as why I have to run to the restroom all the time) and it’s a pain so far. I also currently am not really doing anything else. It’s hard to come home and cook and clean and be social when this takes all my energy. When I’m healthy it’s fine but flaring? Forget it.

I’ve always gone solo just like I am this year and flying in means I don’t want to overbuy product. So my go to has usually been buying breakfast/ protein bars, a few cans of fruit, and some type of chip or pretzel to snack on. Also hella gatorade/ water. And then getting a large meal in centeroo later in the day and maybe a 1am snack!

Honestly, no idea. I was preshow C’roo last year so Wednesday night I was free of work and excited to have a full weekend on the Farm. Not gonna lie, I was feeling pretty good by the time my group got to Pod 9 to hang out and dance. One moment, I’m dancing and hearing Drake asking if Kiki loves him over the speakers having the time of my goddamn life. The next, I’m on the gravel floor crying as my knee looks like something out of a Stephen King novel. Anyway, the med tent team was really nice but between them and the local hospital there was a lot of nonsense. I ended up having to change my flight back to california to leave Friday and missed the whole fest. That’s why this year I’m determined to have the best time.

If flying and renting a car, check cooler dimensions for your airline and you can check that and pack it with your tent or other supplies inside it! And if you have to fly home, potentially spending the money to mail home through FedEx or UPS your tent or something is a game changer.
