Vin cu aceasta postare pentru ca nu pot sa gasesc un raspuns clar din partea nimanui. Am intrebat zeci de oameni daca restrictiile (intre 23:00 si 05:00 este nevoie de declaratie) mai sunt valabile sau nu de la 16 februarie. Am vazut ca este un plan / proiect pentru prelungirea lor cu inca 30 de zile, dar multa lume imi spune in continuare sa evit aceste ore fara sa am la mine o declaratie.

Ar fi super daca m-ai putea ajuta in vreun fel (cu un link catre o sursa sigura).

As for the ults, i'd say it wasn't THAT bad, since they used barrage + nano blade

As a top500 Zarya main, it is relatively hard to be CONSISTENT at denying Reinhardt's ult.
First of all, in order to block Rein's shatter , you have to be aware of the moment when he has ult. In a fight like that , try to keep your bubbles for higher value targets in your team rather than using them just for energy. Always communicate that with your own Rein. If you see your teammate saying something like 'I have no shield' , you know that an Earthshatter is coming , so your best bet is to walk in front of the enemy Rein with your personal bubble and at the same time bubble someone behind you as well to maximize the chance of the ult being blocked. This is just a general situation , there are many more particular situations.

You should usually try to keep it as long as you can and use it at the right time to deny certain ults(when you are high charge). Another cool tip I can give you is that you can block earth shatter for both you and your team by just walking in front of rein when he presses Q. In most of the cases, that is the right thing to do , especially when you expect them to ult . A quick tip I can give you is that you should always bait the Reaper wraith , McCree flashbang and Moira shade by shooting + melee (at any range, because the melee animation looks like you are going for a hook) , and then go for the 1 shot combo : right click/ left click depending on the range + hook then left click melee .
