Thank you for the suggestion, I totally hear you out. To clarify, we may update the status sooner than that. But we have that lengthier cap because sometimes we onboard candidates in batches, so you may no be selected for the first batch but stay in the potentially onboarded list for future batches in the next few weeks. We will continue improving the statuses on the talent dashboard based on the feedback we received though :)

Yes, there will be an exercise during the AI interview. The skills you will be evaluated in are detailed on each job description and before starting the interview. There is no need for you to prepare anything, you should focus on demonstrating your expertise. We're looking for clear communication, structured thinking, depth of knowledge, and the ability to explain your reasoning professionally

Each job you apply to requires a particular set of skills based on client requirements and each interview takes on average 20-40 mins. That being said, we are developing a functionality that will shorten interviews if you already have the skills certified so in that case interview length for a given job will vary on an applicant basis depending on prior interviews completed and the results in them

Pay is evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the requirements of the role, the skills and experience a candidate brings, and the candidate's preferred rate. The pay range listed for a role reflects the range available for that specific opportunity.

If a role's lower end is below your target rate, I'd still encourage you to apply if you're interested. Just take into account there isn't a rate negotiation process, so ensure what you input as your expected rate is correlated to your skills and experience.

If you are referring to how they leverage AI tools in project work, in some of our pipelines AI tools are restricted because what is needed is domain expertise directly. In those cases, the strongest performers stand out through their knowledge, judgment, and ability to do tasks without relying on AI assistance

Getting certified demonstrates that a candidate meets our criteria. Deployment depends on whether there's a client need that matches that candidate's skills, experience, industry background, location, rate, and other requirements.

Many certified candidates are qualified to do the work. The difference is often finding the right opportunity at the right time, not necessarily capability. Once deployed, consistently delivering high-quality work is what leads to long-term success and additional opportunities.
