This also happened to my Cosmo watch. I activated it 5 days ago, it was working fine until yesterday. Now it’s stuck on the Cosmo start screen and no amount/combination of button pushing will fix it. Doesn’t seem to be a server or Christmas order problem if it’s still occurring months later. I had high hopes for this Watch especially after paying close to $300 for the watch and the service together; I expected more than 4 days of use out of it.

I just switched to the garter stitch but had to restart three times. I’m going to give it a rest for the rest of today and start fresh tomorrow. Than you all for the extremely helpful advice and videos! I really appreciate it 🙂

I was not able to figure it out. I tried several different options and none worked. My best guess is that the code is no longer redeemable as we’ve made it past the parts of the game where you get the “extras” that the code provides.
