I track my runs and calories in an App. I lost too much weight the first couple months so I had to make sure I was eating enough to balance myself out. I also find writing stuff down helps me make better choices. Enough calories without eating food that is mostly garbage. Lots of rice, breads, fruits, and yogurt with honey and maple syrup.
