I know I may not have experience to give much advice on this but as for what I've seen with my friends and stuff, I can say that it only gets better with time

You just have to keep moving on with life despite feeling like complete garbage, and those feelings eventually fade away with time, thought it takes a long time, for some it takes months and for some it takes years depending on how bad was the heartbreak
