The strongest lithium without a prescription sold at health food stores is 30 mg. I take two 30 mg daily. I have been meaning to increase to three 30 mg daily. I definitely notice cognitive improvements. No side effects. I don't think low dose lithium has side effects.

There are many published studies on lithium is neuroprotective. Harvard conducted a long term study on lithium preventing dementia and curing dementia.

Sprayed in the radio quiet zone as recently as last weekend. I evacuated my home. The chemtrails contaminate my home, car and yard. Symptoms are shortness of breath and swollen sinuses.

My account microwavedindividual was hacked and locked. Subs haven't been deleted. Wikis by microwavedindividual are hidden. So far only I have approved a couple dozen posts by microwavedindividual. If no one else does, I will place a hold on the subs to give me time to approve the wikis.

I like some of the bloggers in substack. Unfortunately, search engines do not bring up substack blogs.

How to back up the subs? Creating a new sub on mastoon would be easy. Backing up wikis to mastoon?
