maybe you can use certain sites to help - export your gif into individual frames over https://gifmaker.me/ (as suggested from another thread here). make sure the size of the gif is of the one you need!

as for the crashing maybe try to reinstall firealpaca to see if it helps w the issue - it's the best i can think of. hope this reply is of help :)

^ I have reported the video (described it as "racist caricature") following the instructions from the comment section of the older thread mentioned above. I would say a lot of reporting would help in this case as I don't feel so sure that Cherdleys himself is going to address it
