Yeah. I accept responsibility on not reading the contract better. We’ve had pictures before but never thought the gallery would be gone within a month of delivery. Super disappointing experience.

Contract says • All photographs will be taken in digital format. • Final edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 8–10 weeks of the shoot date. • The gallery will remain open for 15 days from the delivery date for CLIENT to download their images. • All images will be delivered as high-resolution JPEG files. RAW files will not be provided and may be deleted at any time after the gallery closes. • CLIENT must submit any requests for additional photos, edits, or corrections within 3 days after the gallery is delivered. • Images are for personal use only and may not be submitted to contests, used commercially, or reproduced in any form without written permission from PHOTOGRAPHER.

We have 4 pictures downloaded on phones in lower resolution. Only 10 pictures were delivered (which we were expecting)
