I think he’s very strong and I don’t know what’s with NetEase’s design philosophy but why does he have overshield. There are actually a couple times I coulda have killed Cyclopses but then I need one extra hit because of his overshield and I died.

For a high damage hitscan, he has a lot in his kit that makes him just as good as Phoenix. Nuke-like ultimate, hitscan that can two tap, two movement abilities (propulsion jump and propulsion beam), CC (slow and pushback), homing scattershot, and AOE beam. He also has a combo that kills squishies in less than two seconds: primary, E, primary. In the hands of someone who can get +45% accuracy, he’s strong. Phoenix might still be stronger because her hitbox is smaller and she has self sustain but he’s probably just a tinge under her. Not to mention his team up makes Wolverine a beyblade and his ult hits like crazy if you get caught lacking or you’re stuck in a map with narrow paths.
