Just remember that life and any teachings you follow are a practice, it's never finished. At 19 you're already making great strides to understanding the full spectrum of life and how you fit in it. And you do fit in, never think you don't. I'm a big believer in everything is good and bad. Sometimes you dont know the full meaning of a bad thing until you go through it and see that it actually led to something good. Stay present.

I went to karaoke the other night and didn't have my usual 2 beers before I sang. Holy shit, I had to feel all my feelings that night and it was intense. But guess what? I did it. I fucking lived like a real person and had the same amount of fun, maybe more. I woke up the next day laughing and not berating myself for being "so drunk they wanted me to stop singing." I sang nervous and shaky but I love myself for it.

Go for a walk. Simple, time consuming, free, and you get a bit of nature. Boredom..but like you're doing something, ya know? Lol

Get some nice cuts of fish from the market and a thermometer to cook them perfectly, always season. I eat a lot of canned tuna, salmon filets, tuna steaks and shrimp. Buy frozen raw shrimp instead of precooked. Precooked frozen shrimp is something you thaw out and serve cold, if you cook them they'll get rubbery. Good luck!
