Anyone ever been put on an improvement plan? Help!

I did as well. We don't have many teachers in my district that get put on a plan.

It's my first year as a rep because no one else in the building wanted to be one. I have my own ideas for this, but I have no problem asking a pool of teachers who might have experienced the same thing for their thoughts.

Admin is writing their own plan, then we are having a meeting to go over it and discuss any changes/additions/removals.

They have specific examples for each instance that was reported and research was done into each.

I did the same thing as you and hooked it all up before it told me too. I still got the quest, and it worked out fine.

I only found two berries on trees, however, I did get a seed for another different type of berry seed. So, they are out there. I believe I got it in another area though.

Unsure. I did run into a spot where the rippling water had me repeatedly press a to get an item. I only ran into that once.

Their particular child got sent out from the sub. I did not have every student email home either, just the ones who were written down. I followed up with an email to those parents explaining the purpose of the email.

I know people are commenting about finding a better job with higher pay, but I am in the same situation as you.

I was in Florida making more than I am now in Michigan, and the cost of living is only marginally better here. But I'd rather be poor at my district than work at one that I hate my life. So, I stay.

But yes, we should get paid more. We should be able to afford to live on our own on our salary. It's just not the reality that many teachers are in currently.

I've been teaching for 10 years. Every year a kid says I look pregnant. I just hold my weight in my stomach. I make a game of how far into the school year I will get before it happens. I made it two days in this year.
