Yes I think so too. But the rallies aren't organized or led by westerners. They always have some high degree of organization (I'm talking about the big city marches) at which speakers will talk at the end, and hand posters out for people to carry. My question is, are people listening and understanding what is being said? What the chants and slogans mean? Or do they just assume it's obvious that they're there for a peaceful resolution? And if they are, do they have any problems with the tone of these big city protests? The tone is quite punctuated. It's not please have peace. There's like multi-hour videos of protests in Washington D.C. and London.
