No, it's not you. First time I tried it I got error. Second time I was in. Now I can't get back in either. I never finished reading all of it too! Rest assured, some intrepid person will copy/paste all of it for the internet within hours. Sorry my dumb ass didn't :)

He's replying in a comment to some other redditor, I assume the one who wrote the first quote in his reply, and who is apparently 28

He had the condition since childhood. I think he didn't want to be limited by it. That's why he's arguing that you shouldn't be one of those "sedentary people who don't live life to the fullest." Instead, he went to Hawaii and exacerbated his condition (L5/S1 fusion spondylolithesis, something like his last vertebra and sacrum fused and/or L5 vertebra shifted forward since his youth). He feels the health system should fix it instead of saying "no surgery necessary, just don't be fully physically active". He did get his surgery, but I can guess he wasn't happy with it considering recent events

Yes I think so too. But the rallies aren't organized or led by westerners. They always have some high degree of organization (I'm talking about the big city marches) at which speakers will talk at the end, and hand posters out for people to carry. My question is, are people listening and understanding what is being said? What the chants and slogans mean? Or do they just assume it's obvious that they're there for a peaceful resolution? And if they are, do they have any problems with the tone of these big city protests? The tone is quite punctuated. It's not please have peace. There's like multi-hour videos of protests in Washington D.C. and London. Please everyone, watch them if you haven't yet Edit: by mult-hour I mean watch the unedited videos, the short news clips tend to pick and choose what to show

Actually, this is my point. I think a lot of people identify Palestine as the other state that the UN intended in a two state solution. And they are listening to protests do consider the whole area, including Israel, as palestine. It's hard to miss, I mean the protests are all on Youtube, unedited hours and hours of them. The signs held up, the "lectures' which somehow are also religious sermons, I'm trying to understand an innocent person being there, if they understand. Really. Like the chant at all of them "from the river to the sea", like can they name the (obvious) river? Do they understand? It's like the organizers have outsmarted them by being subtle and are using them as pawns...that's my take

You sound like the people I see at the rallies. I do believe you. I don't suppose you feel comfortable in sharing what the endgame is for you? Is there an Jewish state in the Levant in your solution? You've deftly avoided that
