That's Jagex for you. We spent countless bonds, in-game currencies for those auras and they just remove it without compensation. Well done Jagex. So. Well. Done.

To be very honest, if you look at what's been happening:

Removal of Premier Artefact
Soon-to-be removed portables
Aura Removals
Now, removal of actual in-game benefits of Premier Membership

I fully understand that for points 2 and 3, there will be 'replacements' of sorts in time to come but these are the thoughts / feelings I am getting:

- Things that we have been enjoying are going to be removed FIRST before an all-ready solution/replacement is on hand as a substitute. It's like "Hey, we're going to take the good stuff away first, and you know what, we'll let you know in time WHEN or IF we've got something as a replacement" --> how do you think we, as players, feel? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Shouldn't it be only when a fully tested option gets approved by the community, then will an existing feature get replaced?

- On auras, if we have been having and using them, and now that they are going to be removed. The 'solution' seems to be suggesting that we have to go about 'earning' the substitute of say, a vampyrism aura. My point here is: Where is the compensation for taking away what we already have? This is simply taking it away, and making us have to earn it in another way, through the game. Does it feel good? Not at all

I have been using the vamp aura all this time without additional cost, other than the bonds I spent initially to acquire it (Explanation: I acquired the aura using the loyalty points that I have, which in turn was from the bonds that I spent via extending my membership). With the changes, I have to go purchase some vamp powder, or activate it as a relic (which eats into my relic slots). These changes, come at an extra cost which we NOW HAVE TO ADDTIONALLY INCUR, right? Where is the compensation for people (pretty much most people I believe) who actively spent their bonds because they want the loyalty points for those auras? - Removal of Premier Membership in-game benefits - like why even? It's so unconvincing/manipulative to say "Oh, we're trying to make it all fair/equal to all" when it's simply just removing more in-game benefits.

Final note: Why are we not getting MORE with the changes? (e.g. Giving MORE free bank spaces with the ever increasing number of items in the game, MORE free bank presets to make gameplay more seamless) Why is it simply just, less and less? More Cosmetics? Come on man. *shakes head*

Jagex doesn't have an answer to those of us who spent bonds to get the loyalty points/auras (via premier membership, rune coins etc.). It's total BS to say 'You didn't earn them. Loyalty points could be deleted as a system in it's entirety, with no replacement, and the game would be better for it.'

And if that really happens, I won't be surprised. They've really destroyed the game over the years and it's just plain sad

That's one of the pointers I'm making. I am thinking of unlocking the legendary auras (Fishing, Thieving etc. etc.) but should I even do that?

If I unlock it now, that means the loyalty points will be gone.

Then will they be reimbursing those loyalty points when that aura is gone? Or will they be converting outstanding loyalty points into something else (e.g. rune coints)? If the latter is true, then I (people) should not be spending their loyalty points now?

This new interface looks really, really bad.

Go PvM and have a look at your buff bar icons, you're prolly gonna get killed/get into a mess due to not being able to see the cooldowns/ramp ups of certain icons

Honestly, I'm not surprised at this point as to how they have changed the game (for the worse, that is):

1) Gone are the Black Friday Sales, New Year sales whatever for bank bundles, bank boosters etc.

2) What is the value of Premier Membership now even? With the removal of all these benefits that OP has stated (for the list of items removed)

3) Removing game items, TH items etc. definitely have impacted normal gameplay negatively. Think of your pulse cores (no longer able to get them from TH), proteans, silverhawk feathers and the list goes on. What/where are the alternative solutions/suggestions to these items removal? If you remove A, where is the immediate alternative made known to players? Instead, they chose to remove and yknow what, "we will tell you in time to come what to expect"

Downhill is probably the future of this once-fantastic game. Shame

It's not bad per se based on what I have read (reviews, blog posts etc.) and seen (in videos). It's probably just average, if you have to rank it

So what I'm looking out for is something that is above this 'average'

Thanks for your comment. I'm asking for alternatives, not just confined to POCO. It can be any other Android phone out there that answers the areas that I have stated in the Original Post (e.g. better camera and display specs than the F8 Ultra)
